It's a multi faceted production company with a depth of knowledge and experience going back to the early 1980's, and has over the years recorded some remarkable achievements not the least being the construction in record time of two studios on the Highlands North site to cater for e.tv's daily dramas - Scandal and Rhythm City. Sasani Studios was the technical partner to South Africa's first and largest running soap opera, Egoli, filming for over 14 years. Currently, we are the technical partners to Scandal and Rhythm City, which operate out of our studios in Highlands North, and 7de Laan, which is managed and supported in studios off site.
Sasani Studios is responsible for delivering Big Brother Africa for the past four years, which is an internationally renowned, 24/7, reality show running continuously for 91 days across multiple broadcast channels into Africa. Big Brother Amplified is produced for M-Net by Endemol and is filmed on location in a brand new house at Sasani Studios in Highlands North, Johannesburg, South Africa.
